Cognitive Critique invites manuscripts addressing issues in cognitive science. We welcome manuscripts from diverse disciplines and authorship. We consider submissions in the broad categories of reviews, perspectives, commentaries, book reviews, and letters to the editor. We do not publish pure data-driven papers. Submissions are considered for their focus on issues of cognitive science, substantive merit, appeal to readers both within and outside the cognitive sciences, clarity of expression, timeliness and style. Submissions are peer-reviewed. Cognitive Critique reserves the right to condition acceptance of submissions for publication based on reviewers' comments and recommendations. Opinions expressed in Cognitive Critique are those of the contributors and are not the views of Cognitive Critique, its editors and staff, or the University of Minnesota Center for Cognitive Sciences.
